Hello I’m Phoebe, the person behind the scenes who keeps things running smoothly so you can focus on what you do best.
With over five years of professional experience across both the wastewater industry and education sector, I’ve built a strong foundation in organisation, administration, and financial support. My career has taken me from working as a Finance Assistant in a fast-paced operational environment to supporting senior leadership teams in schools as a Secretary, Headteacher’s PA, and Registrar. Alongside this, I completed a Business and Administration apprenticeship, strengthening my practical skills with formal training.
These roles have given me a deep understanding of how businesses function day-to-day — and more importantly, where things can get overwhelming. I’ve managed complex schedules, handled sensitive information, streamlined processes, and supported busy professionals who needed reliable, proactive assistance.
Beyond my professional background, my travels across Australia and Southeast Asia shaped the way I approach work and life. Experiencing different cultures and ways of working taught me adaptability, problem-solving, and the importance of balance.
